JB Maru Group is seeking a diligent and proactive Field Officer specializing in field work and payment recovery with sales and marketing expertise. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and recovering outstanding payments while representing our company in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct field visits to recover outstanding payments.
Establish and maintain relationships with clients to ensure timely payment recovery.
Develop and implement effective strategies for payment recovery.
Monitor accounts and identify overdue payments.
Prepare and submit regular reports on recovery status.
Collaborate with the finance team to resolve payment issues.
Negotiate payment plans and settlements with clients.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Must be willing to travel all over the country.

Qualifications:

Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and handle pressure.
Proven sales and marketing knowledge and experience.
Preference given to candidates with a two-wheeler.
