Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Develop and set strategic sales plan to achieve revenue target as assigned.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients.
Meet with clients and maintain relationships that address their needs.
Coordinate with Production and dispatch team to ensure smooth supply of products to clients.
Follow up with clients to ensure payment in timeline and meet or exceed sales target.
Prepare sales forecasts and regular reports on sales activities.
Negotiate contract and pricing agreements with clients to maximize profitability.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 3 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's Degree with minimum 3 years of experience in sales & marketing or B2B sales.
Strong understanding of the footwear industry is highly preferred.
Proven ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
Good communication skill, negotiation and interpersonal skill.
Ability to work independently.
Willingness to travel outside the valley.
