Bibhuti Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a leading IT company specializing in software development, web development, and digital marketing. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Sales and Marketing Officer to drive business growth and enhance our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to meet company objectives.
Identify potential clients, generate leads, and establish strong business relationships.
Promote and pitch software solutions, IT services, and digital marketing services to prospective customers.
Manage social media marketing campaigns and create engaging digital content.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Develop proposals and plans tailored to client needs.
Prepare and present detailed quotations.
Craft and deliver client pitches to secure business.
Follow up consistently to nurture client relationships.
Maintain effective communication with clients throughout the project.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
1+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (Freshers with strong marketing skills are encouraged to apply).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience in IT, SaaS, or digital marketing sales is a plus.
Familiarity with CRM tools, social media marketing, and SEO basics is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet sales targets.
