We are seeking a highly motivated candidate to join our team as a Sales and Marketing Officer at Funday, a leading direct sales and marketing service provider. As a mid-level professional, you will play a key role in driving sales and promoting our brand in the market.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase product awareness and drive sales.
Build and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
Identify and target potential customers through market research and analysis.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns and promotional materials.
Attend industry networking events and trade shows to represent the company.
Manage and report on sales activities, targets, and results.
Continuously monitor and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Keep up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.

+2 in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with knowledge of computer operation.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Note:

This is a paid internship with a starting salary of 8,000/- and provision of snacks for the first month. Afterward, the salary will be offered according to company policies.
