About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales and Marketing Officer to join our Bath and Sanitary Division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing with a focus on driving growth and expanding market presence. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets in the bath and sanitary market.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and other key stakeholders.
Manage and execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets, and present them to senior management.
Collaborate with the product development team to align product offerings with market demand.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to represent the company and generate leads.
Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the bath and sanitary industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to travel as required.
