Swati Enterprises is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and implementing effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns.
Manage and update company’s social media platforms and website content.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Create and distribute marketing materials, such as brochures, newsletters, and press releases.
Address customer inquiries and provide timely solutions.
Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve products and services.
Maintain a customer database and ensure regular follow-ups.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
Monitor and analyze sales and marketing metrics.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
Creativity and problem-solving skills.
