Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2.5 years of experience in sales and marketing with a strong ability to develop and implement strategic plans that drive revenue growth and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to meet organizational goals.
Manage and grow existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
Plan and oversee advertising and promotional campaigns across various channels (digital, print, events).
Analyze sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
Lead and support the sales and marketing team to ensure targets are met.
Collaborate with product development and other internal teams to align marketing strategies.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA or relevant certification is a plus.)
Minimum 2.5 years of experience in sales and marketing om hotel industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and social media platforms.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and business growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
Strong analytical and project management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Note:

Salary will be provided according to candidate's work experience and performance.
Preference will be given to candidates having relevant experience in hospitality industry.
