We are seeking a highly motivated candidate for the role of Sales and Marketing Officer at Birgunj Foton Motors. As a mid-level officer, you will be responsible for leading our sales and marketing team and implementing strategies to drive growth in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Research marketing opportunities and sales strategies for Commercial EV vehicles.
Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information.
Prepares and completes marketing action plan.
Meets marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements and preparing annual budgets.
Determines annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions.
Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertisements.
Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities.
Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits.
Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
Accomplishes marketing and sales staff objectives by recruiting, selecting, training, and coaching employees.
Communicates job expectations by planning, monitoring, and reviewing job contributions.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
Experience in sales or marketing of Commercial EV vehicles especially EV Vans.
Strong leadership skills with experience in managing a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of motivation and ability to work well under pressure.
Proficient in using CRM software and analyzing data.
Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies.
A deep understanding of the automotive industry.
