Roles and responsibilities of this job

Consult with department heads to plan a sales target, branding, placement etc
Visit retailer on daily basis for product order, display management and increasing sales by product placement
Direct and coordinate activities involving sales / marketing of the different products
Planning marketing & sales activities
Leading, supervising and delegating the team members to achieve the targets
Conducting meeting with clients and communicating the company’s offerings
Helping address feedback and queries and being a trusted companion towards the clients

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Excellent verbal and written communication skills both Nepali and English
Good Computer skills with proper knowledge of MS Office
Two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
Candidate must have completed Under-graduation in BS/BM
Ability to work under pressure and Flexible with work timings
Should be able to work independently with minimum supervision
Should have the willingness to work for both indoor and outdoor marketing/sales activities.
Must have good interpersonal skills
Good Communication skills
Effective presentation skills
Ability to think outside the box and be creative and work independently
Willingness to work both indoor and outdoor marketing activities
Ability to implement strategies by using or adapting tactics
Confident and quick decision-making abilities
Good leadership skills
