Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for business development through Approvals and corporate/ Projects Sales
• Develop and maintain knowledge of all the company’s products
• Market Analysis - Competitors
• Schedule sales activity
• Follow up on sales activity
• Develop and maintain a customer database
• Make sales calls to new and existing clients
• Negotiate with clients
• Maintain Daily sales and marketing activity records and prepare sales reports
• Respond to sales inquiry and concerns
• Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationship
• Perform quality checks on product and service delivery
• Participate in sales events
• Monitor competitors, market conditions and Business development
• Maintain document sales invoices, delivery note and payment receipts
• Meet monthly sales target
• Collects payments & receipts
• Deposit cheque in the Bank as per required
• Collecting & giving required documents to the clients
• Perform all other organizational activities which is required.
