Bachelor's Degree with 1 year of experience
Effective communication skills in English and Nepali
Sound knowledge of MS Office packages (especially word, outlook, PowerPoint & Excel)
Good presentation skills and energy level
Good negotiation skills with the ability to maintain client relationship
Capable to work effectively under pressure maintaining a healthy office environment
Dynamic, Self-motivated, positive, polite, and willing to learn
Analytical skills are required to determine client business needs and requirements.
The demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously.
Preferably a two-wheeler and a license

Responsible for marketing software and/or services, including effectively prospecting to search for new customers.
Initiates contact with prospective customers in the government and private corporate houses, hospitals, schools/colleges, and individuals to sell targeted software products and/or services.
Conduct direct marketing by visiting clients as well as telesales on a daily basis
Prepares and presents proposals to clients - utilizing software resources and tools.
Develop the strategic market approach and business case for new offerings.
Negotiates, structures, and closes "deals" that meet customer expectations, utilizes appropriate company resources per the resources plan to provide product marketing support
Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information on a monthly basis
Handling all marketing functions in a manner that is professional enough for the customers
Assists in the development of sales plans and strategies.
Maintain sound relationships with existing clients and search for new clients
Assist the digital marketing team to formulate digital marketing strategies and plans
Contribute to team effort by coordinating with inter-departments as needed
Other related duties are assigned as needed.
