Roles and responsibilities of this job

The Sales & Marketing Associate will be responsible for exploring the market, attracting new customers, and driving business growth. This role requires individuals who are proactive, target-driven, and have a strong understanding of sales and marketing strategies.

Execute promotions and liaise with Casino Operations and Guest Services Departments to ensure smooth processing of bookings and service delivery.
Provide updated promotional content to the Marketing Head to maintain relevancy.
Coordinate Casino collateral and marketing projects.
Supervise staff, customer relations management, analyses, reporting.
Determine demand for particular products and services, from the gaming floor to entertainment.
Design rewards programs for frequent visitors.
Develop pricing strategies.
Analyze all marketing data and develop strategies for maximization of casino revenue.
Plan and ensure effective execution of production calendar through email campaigns and direct mails.
Manage all communication for creative designs and prepare all brochures, promotional flyers and videos.
Prepare marketing activities accordingly.Have to go for field visit.
Other tasks to be performed as assigned by the BD Manager/Supervisor

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Minimum education: Plus 2 (Higher Secondary Education) or above.
More than 2 years of experience in sales and marketing or a similar role.
Strong understanding of sales processes and marketing strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Target-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
A proactive and positive attitude towards work.
