Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking an outgoing, high-energy, and result-driven Sales and Business Development Manager to drive our B2B growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new corporate clients, building strong partnerships, and managing high-value business relationships within the travel and digital ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and acquire new corporate clients to expand the business portfolio
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key business partners
Promote and sell travel tech solutions and digital platforms
Generate leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals independently
Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales/Business Development
Prior experience in FinTech (Banking/Insurance) or Travel Industry is prefered
Strong understanding of travel tech products and digital platforms
Proven ability to generate business independently and meet targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasive sales skills
Strong networking and relationship management abilities

Preferred Skills and Competencies:

Target-oriented with a proactive approach
Strong presentation and client-handling skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Good knowledge of corporate sales strategies
