  • Maintain daily coordination with regional and branch sales team
  • Draft quotation, agreement and other required documents as per project
  • Email and other communication acknowledging and addressing issues
  • Maintain the database as per the requirement of the project
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports to the respective Supervisor 

Academic qualification/experience

  • Bachelor's degree completed or running
  • Minimum 1-year experience or equivalent
  • Prior administrative experience is highly preferred
  • Strong Knowledge of MS-office
  • Good Communication Skills
