Roles and responsibilities of this job

About the job

Maintain daily coordination with regional and branch sales team
Draft quotation, agreement and other required documents as per project
Email and other communication acknowledging and addressing issues
Maintain the database as per the requirement of the project
Preparing weekly and monthly reports to the respective Supervisor

Academic qualification/experience

Bachelor's degree completed or running
Minimum 1-year experience or equivalent
Prior administrative experience is highly preferred
Strong Knowledge of MS-office
Good Communication Skills
