Goal:

The main objective is to reach out to the market and cultivate the partners, customers/users’ interest in our services in a way that strengthen our market penetration, brand values, continuous growth in win-win situation through our product: gogoCAB.

Academic & Experience Requirement: Graduation with 5yrs of Experience or MBA/MBS with 3yrs of experience in related field.

Responsibilities:

Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive sales & marketing strategies for scaling up the relation between users, riders in ride sharing business.
Implementation of business plans, campaigns and its related creatives in social media.
Acquisition plans for users, riders (Two wheelers & Four Wheelers both).
Organize and oversee advertising, communication campaigns through social media and our brand ambassadors, exhibitions and promotional events.
Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures.
Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication.
Write copy for diverse marketing collaterals (brochures, press releases, website material etc.)
Maintain relationships with media, partners and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities.
Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance.
Sound knowledge in app and its eco-system from business prospects.
Implementation of CRM and it’s lifecycle.
Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them.
Identify key partners to cultivate profitable relationships.
Strategies to resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively.
Forward upselling and cross-selling opportunities to the business development team.
Promote high-quality sales, supply and customer service processes.
Aim to preserve customers and renew the relation.
Gain solid knowledge of competitors and their SWOT analysis.
