The Restaurant Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of The Bakery Cafe, ensuring excellent service, food quality, and staff performance. The role demands leadership, operational expertise, and a strong customer-centric approach to maintain and enhance the reputation of The Bakery Cafe.

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth functioning.

Supervise and manage staff schedules, performance, and training.

Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Address customer feedback and ensure excellent dining experiences.

Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure food quality and timely service.

Monitor inventory, control costs, and minimize waste.

Prepare sales and expense reports on a regular basis.

Collaborate with management on marketing and promotional activities.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or similar role.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Knowledge of restaurant operations, health, and safety regulations.
Proficiency in inventory and cost control management.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
