Job Description

Ensure customer satisfaction from warm greetings through promoting excellent and prompt service to responding customer complaints tactfully and professionally.
Thorough knowledge about the Restaurant's Menu in order to answer any questions or requests that the guests may have.
Maintain quality and presentation for all food and beverages served.
Good interaction with both, the front and back of the house, for smooth operation.
Receive feedback from our patrons to improve the customer's experience.
Analyze staff performance and train new employees.
Monthly Inventory duties.
