We're seeking a dynamic Restaurant Operations Manager to join our vibrant and inclusive team. If you have a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and the experience to match, we want to hear from you!

Coordinate daily with the restaurant, coffee bar and bar of the Anamnagar Union House restaurant and banquet operations
Control operational costs and identify measures to minimize wastage / spoilage
Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses
Provide orientation and training to the new and current employees on proper customer service practices
Organize and supervise shifts of the team members
Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
Recommend ways to reach a broader audience (e.g. discounts and social media ads)
Collaborate with the Public Relations Head to deal with hall booking and ensure all management of the event
Ensure delivery of superior service and customer satisfaction
Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
Conduct regular review product quality
Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products
Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it
Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations

Other Specification

Minimum 2 years of restaurant/banquet management experience
Must have knowledge of Restaurant management software knowledge
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Financial management skills
Good communication skills including email correspondence
Bachelor degree in hotel management/business administration will be plus point
