Roles and responsibilities of this job

Greet and Seat Patrons
Assign Wait Staff Tables
Keep Track of and Facilitate Wait Staff Workflow
Field Customer Complaints and Inquires
Perform Opening and Closing Duties
Scheduled reservations and meticulously managed large customer crowds
Coordinated with staff members to ensure the availability of best service towards guests
Demonstrated knowledge of daily specials
Assisted in the closing and cleaning duties in relation to the shift
Conducted satisfaction surveys on new and existing clientele
Seated guests, organized the poolside wait staff, performed open and closing poolside responsibilities, and conducted private cabana rentals and reservations
Intermediate reading, writing, and speaking skills in the Spanish language
Training in leadership development
Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Intermediate skills in Excel, and apt knowledge of social media websites
