Roles & Responsibilities:
The RH
Nurse will be responsible for the day to day implementation of the care tasks
appertaining to the holistic and specifically the nursing needs of the
residents in the Home and to support the RH Clinical Manager in providing
leadership to the care team and effective 24hr management of the Home within
the available resources by working shifts to cover the home night and day. The
post holder will have a key responsibility for the quality of nursing assessment,
care planning, implementation and evaluation and associated care staff training
issues to ensure that at all times residents receive an excellent standard of
care.
