Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Provides required training to all staff members and evaluate all application tracking log and maintain accuracy in all details
Oversees daily activities on the hotel property including front desk operations, reservations, and concierge and customer services.
Responsible for operational efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction
Oversees property maintenance and appearances. Typically resides on the hotel property and responds to emergencies
Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs
Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets
Conduct daily briefings
Prepare daily reports and send it to Executive Director
Strategy making, planning and executing them
Planning maintenance work, events and room booking
Forecast and managing budget
Maintaining statistical and financial records
Handle customer complaints and queries which are escalated to you
Promoting and Marketing the business
Responsible for Workplace Safety to represent hotel in all safety issues, investigations and concerns
Maintains highest level of guest satisfaction by overseeing the delivery of quality guest services and amenities, as well as addressing guests' complaints and resolving issues effectively regarding F&B Department
