Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Job Description:

Oversee daily activities on the hotel property including staff handling.
Dealing with potential security/safety hazards and Human Resource (HR) management.
Resolving on-site issues at the hotel (relating to guests, employees or the property) among many other duties. They should be on call 24/7.
Charismatic personality with sound communication skills both on written and spoken Nepali/ English languages.
Oversee property maintenance and appearances.
Financial matters of the hotel including budget forecasting and general accounting.
Budget management knowledge for all projects, including labor costs, materials costs, and other expenses of the operations.
Manage subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs and Training staff to meet service standard requirements.
Preparing and carrying out detailed marketing and sales plans.

Requirements:

Graduate in the field of hospitality (preferred)
Three years experience in the related field in reputed hotels.

Note: There is no salary bar for deserving candidates.
