Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a motivated Research Assistant to support a hospital-based health research project.

The selected person will deliver structured, protocol-based psychosocial counselling
Self-management support to study participants, maintain intervention
Conduct participant follow-up and maintain intervention/research records.
Work under clinical and research supervision.

Other Specification

Required qualification: HA/ PCL Nursing/BSc Nursing/BN/BPH with related Council registration.
Preference will be given to the applicants with experience or training in of counselling patients with anxiety and/or depression ,familiarity with PHQ-9 and GAD-7; experience in clinical or health research and good Nepali communication and counselling skills.
The position is project-based and located in Bhaktapur for a period of 4 months.
Candidates with both nursing and psychosocial counselling experience are particularly encouraged to apply.
