About the job

Sujal Foods Pvt. Ltd., a subsidiary company of Laxmi Group Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and creative individual to join our marketing team as a Research & Development Officer. The ideal candidate should possess strong creativity skills, a passion for marketing, and excellent organizational abilities.

Job Description:

Lead and assist in the development of new products or enhancements to existing products.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes.
Gather consumer insights through surveys, interviews, and focus groups.
Collect and analyze data from various sources, including customer databases, and marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide research-based recommendations.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Marketing and Business Administration
Previous experience in a marketing role or internship would be advantageous.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
A valid driver's license and access to a two-wheeler are necessary.

Skills:

Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and interpretation.
Excellent research skills, including the ability to gather and analyze information from various sources.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Work Hour: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Sunday to Friday.
