Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Complete Product Development from concept stages till sample preparation, validation of product, approval from customer and its pilot lot production
Project execution on time as decided by management and complete interaction with Marketing, Quality, Process, Testing, VD & Customer for smooth development of project.
Interact with customers to understand their Project needs, align Team & resources to meet the requirements
Handling of Projects from Idealization to commercialization which includes idea generation, Concept finalization, costing and feasibility analysis, Product design & development
Develop technical competencies and product knowledge ensuring development of team members
Tool Design & Development on the concept of FTR as per project timing plan
Handling of Projects from Idealization to commercialization which includes idea generation, Concept finalization, costing and feasibility analysis, Product design & development
In-depth evaluation of customer feedback and carrying out modifications in product attributes per customer requirements
Involved in entire product development including requirement analysis, feasibility study, Finalizing specifications, validating designs through prototyping and field trials, functional
