About the job

Job Title: Research Analyst – NIMB Ace Capital Limited

The primary function is to research the listed companies in NEPSE. The regular function involves technical analysis, fundamental analysis, macroeconomic indicators, equity research reports, reporting your findings to top management, and providing BUY/SELL/HOLD recommendations to the PMS and Mutual Fund.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Fundamental Analysis:

Analyze financial statements, company earnings reports, and economic indicators.
Assess the financial health, performance, and valuation of companies.
Conduct industry and market research to identify trends and growth opportunities.
Build and maintain financial models to forecast company performance and valuations.
Provide recommendations on stock picks, investment opportunities, and portfolio strategies.

2. Technical Analysis:

Examine price charts, trading volumes, and technical indicators to identify market trends and patterns.
Use tools such as Moving Averages, RSI, MACD, Bollinger Bands, and Fibonacci retracements.
Develop and implement technical trading strategies based on chart patterns and technical signals.
Monitor market conditions and adjust strategies accordingly.

3. Reporting and Communication:

Prepare detailed reports and presentations on investment recommendations, market trends, and financial forecasts.
Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management, portfolio managers, and mutual fund managers.
Provide insights during investment committee meetings and strategy sessions.

4. Market Monitoring:

Stay updated on market news, economic developments, and geopolitical events that impact financial markets.
Monitor market data, news feeds, and economic releases to identify potential impacts on investments.

5. Collaboration:

Work closely with other analysts, mutual fund managers, and portfolio managers to integrate fundamental and technical insights into investment strategies.
