Bachelor's degree completed with relevant experience (not necessarily insurance)
Good interpersonal skill and communication skill (verbal and written)
Good command over English
Good computer knowledge (Internet, Email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Deadline oriented and proactive with positive attitude
Ability to work on target based system
Must own a two wheeler with valid driving license

Age Criteria: 25 - 28 years old

Build rapport with existing and potential clients to develop and maintain clientele base through continuous visits
Identify client requirement and make them aware of the nature of services offered
Coordinate with members of the unit to deliver and receive insurance policies
Coordinate closely with team members to generate information of existing businesses for follow ups and renewals
Ensure that policy requirements are fulfilled, including any necessary examinations and completion of appropriate forms
Perform administrative tasks, such as maintaining records of visits and reporting to the Supervisor
Confer with clients to obtain and provide information when claims are made on policies
