Roles and responsibilities of this job

A newly established Reinsurance Broker Company registered as a Public Limited Company and regulated under the Beema Samiti is looking few Reinsurance Experts (Officer to General Manager Level).

DESIRED QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS

Master’s Degree or CA or Actuarial Science (Part qualified also)
Prior experience in the Reinsurance Company or Reinsurance Broker Company or General Insurance Company (Nepal or abroad).
At least 2 years experience for Officer Level, 5 years for Manager Level, and 15 Years for Senior executive level.
Overall knowledge of the Reinsurance ecosystem.
Must have strong interpersonal skills, maturity, and good judgment.
Capable of communicating with a diverse range of individuals.
A valid driving license and own vehicle is preferred.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

To strategize and achieve Domestic and International Re-Insurance sales targets across multiple product categories.
To drive business growth through forging strong Strategic tie-ups and Alliances for Re-Insurance Products distribution.
To promote business development initiatives for Customer engagement, acquisition, and promoting high yield product preferences
Developing and maintaining good working relationships with clients, primarily Insurance Companies and Reinsurance Companies.
Introducing new products of Reinsurance Companies and promoting them through regular visits and frequent communication with Insurance Companies.
Increasing profitability of existing product lines by encouraging clients to use value-added services wherever possible;
Delivering good customer service by responding swiftly to queries and concerns from clients.
Ensuring credibility with clients by maintaining detailed knowledge of current market conditions and competitors' products;
Monitoring and reporting on performance against agreed sales targets, sometimes including monitoring the performance of other sales staff.
Working with underwriters to amend policies where necessary in order to meet client demand.
