Roles and responsibilities of this job

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with the senior management team to align sales strategies with overall company objectives.
Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to ensure the team's success.
Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
Address customer concerns and inquiries promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns and promotions that drive customer engagement.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure the team is on track to meet targets.
Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting key sales metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.
Provide accurate sales forecasts to support budgeting and planning processes.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Use market insights to make informed decisions and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Manage and allocate the sales budget effectively to optimize resources and achieve maximum return on investment.
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
