Reports To: Head of Sales / General Manager

Position Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Regional Manager – EV Commercial Vehicles to lead and drive sales operations across a designated region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in commercial vehicle sales, a deep understanding of electric vehicle (EV) trends, and strong leadership skills. This role demands strategic market analysis, effective team management, and a passion for expanding EV market share through innovative approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement regional sales strategies to drive EV commercial vehicle penetration.
Lead, manage, and mentor the regional sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities, customer trends, and competitive insights.
Strengthen brand presence through strategic partnerships, dealer/distributor engagement, and promotional activities.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales channels, identifying areas for improvement and providing actionable feedback.
Build strong relationships with key commercial clients, fleet operators, government bodies, and logistics companies.
Track sales performance, prepare regional reports, and provide regular updates to senior management.
Ensure adherence to customer service standards, and operational excellence.
Provide insights and recommendations on product development based on customer feedback and market demand to service team.
Stay informed on regulatory developments, EV policies, and incentives relevant to commercial vehicle deployment.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 3 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years and above of experience in commercial vehicle sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of electric vehicle technologies and commercial fleet operations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to analyze markets, identify trends, and execute targeted strategies.
Strong leadership and team-building capabilities with a result-oriented mindset.
Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
