Position: Senior Recruitment Specialist Requirement : 5

Position: Senior HR officer : 5

Salary: Negotiable according to skills and experiences

Location: Kathmandu, Chitwan, Nepal

Office Time: 10am- 6 pm (6 days a week)

Problem-Solving: Aptitude for assessing situations and finding solutions to recruitment challenges.

Time Management: Effective time management to prioritize tasks and meet recruitment deadlines.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous in maintaining records and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate offers and terms with candidates effectively.

Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust strategies and approaches based on changing recruitment needs.

Ethical Judgment: Strong ethical standards to handle sensitive candidate information with confidentiality and integrity.

Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple open positions and candidates simultaneously.

Qualifications

Proficiency in using various job boards and professional networks for sourcing candidates.

Prior experience in recruitment or human resources is typically required.

Relevant certifications in recruitment or human resources can be beneficial.

Duties and Responsibilities

Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions.

Utilize various channels to source candidates, such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.

Review resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for open positions.

Conduct initial interviews, either in person or virtually, to screen candidates for relevant skills and experience.

Manage candidate pipelines and maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Provide candidates with feedback and keep them informed of their application status.

Assist with or conduct assessments and reference checks to verify candidate qualifications and suitability for the role.

Identify areas for improvement and recommend strategies to enhance the recruitment process.

Track recruitment metrics and provide reports to management on hiring progress and effectiveness.

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to recruitment activities.
