DTRG Network is a software company based in Kathmandu, Nepal. Our mission is to improve the health system in Nepal by introducing Electronic Hospital Recording and Management System. We have developed software from scratch to cater to the unique needs of hospitals in Nepal and provide technical support.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist Sales position located in Kathmandu. The Receptionist Sales will be responsible for handling phone calls, performing receptionist duties, utilizing clerical skills, communicating effectively with customers, and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Phone Etiquette and Communication skills.
• Receptionist Duties and Customer Service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Social Media Handling.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
• Prior experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
