Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Diary management and management of meeting links
Handling queries via skype, email and general correspondence
Assisting with mail as required
Taking and ensuring message are passed to the appropriate staff member on a timely basis
Deal with queries and provide correct information
Update databases
Prepare and maintain worksheets
Schedule and follow up on appointments
Provide excellent customer service
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:Not Required

Other Specification

Experienced are preferred but Fresher can also apply
Fluency in English, both in verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate effectively with personnel at all organizational levels
Strong positive public relations skills needed
Strong computer skills, specifically Microsoft Windows Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook & Power Point)
Ability to work largely on own initiative
Ability to show initiative, resourcefulness and complete tasks with minimal supervision
Collaborative, team-oriented individuals who is willing and capable of working independently
Ability to promote a positive image of the company to the customer
Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required
