Roles and responsibilities of this job

Reporting Line: HR Manager, People Operations

Responsibilities

Reception administration

Internal & external call transfers
Maintain updated computerized records of contact numbers of offices & official contacts.
Maintain updated internal extension numbers & provide information on changes & information to new staff & Email to HO Staff
Domestic Courier bills records, bill verification, bill payments

Administration Services

Maintenance of office facility - furniture, fixtures, air condition and electricals
Cleanliness of office facility - meeting rooms, bar, accounts archive etc.
Stationary usage - monitoring & control
Support in disbursement of staff facilities
Domestic Travel bookings, fare analysis, ticket issuance and recordkeeping.
Assist internal & external visitors with accommodation, ticketing, and logistics.
Support in leave & attendance management.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in any field
1-2 years’ of experience in related field
