Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Handle the calls and forward it to the concerned departments
Maintain records of visitors and clients and follow up at regular pace
Provide educational counselling services to prospective students/parents
Provide information about destination country, educational programs, visa requirements, scholarships, educational provider and more
Provide comprehensive study and visa application guide and conducting administrative tasks

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Should have Bachelor's Degree or Bachelor running can apply
Prior experience will be an advantage
Must be polite and have pleasing personality
Must have basic computer knowledge of MS Office package
Must have excellent analytical and communication skills
Multi-tasking, problem solving and flexibility skills will be highly preferable

Note:

Candidates having prior experience in Educational Consultancy field are preferred
Only female candidates will be given priority
