Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a motivated, experienced and results-driven Counsellor to join our growing team. We are seeking a candidate who is persuasive, energetic, organizational prowess and ready to go the extra mile to ensure client satisfaction.

Typical Responsibilities include:

Handle the calls and forward it to the concerned departments
Maintain records of visitors and clients and follow up at regular pace
Provide educational counselling services to prospective students/parents
Provide information about destination country, visa requirements and more
Provide comprehensive study and visa application guide and conducting administrative tasks
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Excellent organizational skills
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Customer service attitude

Other Specification:

Should have a minimum 1-year experience
Must be polite and have a pleasing personality
Must have basic computer knowledge of MS Office package
Must have excellent analytical and communication skills
Multi-tasking, problem-solving and flexibility skills will be highly preferable
Documentation handling capability
Should have the ability to co-ordinate with the team
Good interpersonal communication skill is a must
The candidate must be creative and innovative
