Typical Responsibilities include:

• Handle the calls and forward it to the concerned departments
• Maintain records of visitors and clients and follow up at regular pace
• Provide educational counselling services to prospective students/parents
• Provide information about destination country, visa requirements and more
• Provide comprehensive study and visa application guide and conducting administrative tasks
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
• Excellent organizational skills
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Customer service attitude

Other Specification:

• Should have a minimum 1-year experience
• Must be polite and have a pleasing personality
• Must have basic computer knowledge of MS Office package
• Must have excellent analytical and communication skills
• Multi-tasking, problem-solving and flexibility skills will be highly preferable
• Documentation handling capability
• Should have the ability to co-ordinate with the team
• Good interpersonal communication skill is a must
• The candidate must be creative and innovative
