Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Answering customer calls, reviewing emails, sorting mail, filing and performing data entry
Entering the customer order in system and communicating with other office members
Billing the sales order and scheduling the dispatch
Arranging the schedule of delivery of goods both inside and outside Kathmandu valley.
Co-ordinating with Delivery personnel for scheduling the delivery
Maintaining Proper record of sales data
Provide exemplary customer service to all clients;
Participate in the creation and implementation of new work procedures and forms as required

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:Not Required

Other Specification

Education Level: Bachelor Completed (BBS/BBA)
Experience Required: Similar work experience would be added advantage. Freshers can also apply
Skills Required: Basic Computer Knowledge with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Well-developed written and oral communication skills;
Excellent customer service and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage
multiple priorities;
Ability to work in a team environment;
Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail;
Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
