Roles and responsibilities of this job

The position of Receptionist and Floor Manager includes the following responsibilities:

Greeting each and every guest with an smile
Checking guest in and out of service
Scheduling appointments through online and off-line mediums
Answering multi-line phone system
Handling cash transaction/Billing work
Organizing and maintaining reception area
Inventory management
Handling social media accounts

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor degree
The candidate must have at least 2 years of working experience in a salon, spa, skincare clinic or, similar environment.
