Roles and responsibilities of this job

Greet and welcome visitors; manage front desk activities.
Assist clients and visitors by providing information and addressing concerns.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and office supplies.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and phone calls.
Use MS Office for word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed.
Maintain a professional and organized front office environment.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Minimum of +2 graduation or equivalent qualification.
Minimum of 1 year of front office or administrative experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Good interpersonal skills for effective interaction.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
