Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to greet visitors, manage schedules, and provide excellent customer service. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors at our play zone.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage visitor check-ins and coordinate bookings for playtime and events.
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about the facility and its services.
Maintain accurate records of bookings and visitor information.
Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
Handle cash and process payments as necessary.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations.
Assist in organizing events and activities as needed.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Minimum educational qualification: High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Friendly and approachable demeanor, with a professional attitude.
