Parichay Advertising is seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
Handle basic inquiries and provide information about the company.
Schedule and manage appointments and meetings.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Job Requirements

Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Professional attitude and appearance.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Customer service attitude.
