Roles and responsibilities of this job

Answer incoming calls, take messages, and greet visitors
Manage the daily operations of the front desk, including filing, sorting, and distributing mail
Schedule appointments, meetings, and other events
Maintain calendars and keep track of upcoming deadlines
Update and maintain contact databases
Assist with administrative tasks such as photocopying, faxing, and printing
Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about services
