Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful, and cheerful attitude
Direct visitors to the appropriate office or concerned person
Answer and forward incoming calls as and when required
Provide required information to the visitors, callers, and other stakeholders
Perform other related duties such as filing, photocopying, and as required
Other duties as assigned by the human resource office
Provide data entry support for daily operational tasks
