Roles and responsibilities of this job

Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
Notify company personnel of visitor arrival
Maintains security and telecommunications systems
Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries
Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories
Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbooks, and issuing visitor badges
Answer phone calls and respond to customers inquiries regarding products and services
Manage Office Supplies such as stationery, equipment and furniture
Record details of customer contacts and actions taken
Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
Support continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Other task assigned by supervisor/Managemen

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:Less than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Intermediate cleared or Bachelors in management running in management
Competencies in office package, analysis, and management
Two-wheel driver with valid license preferred
