Roles and responsibilities of this job

Position: Junior Assistant/ Assistant
Major Area of Operation: PR and Marketing

Duties and Responsibilities:

Operates telecommunication system by following organizational policies and instruction
Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately
Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival
Maintains security and telecommunication system
Inform visitors by answering and or referring queries
Closely work with marketing team
Arrange and coordinate internal and external team
Build and maintain relationship with sales/marketing team of banks and different organizations

Outstanding organisation/time management
