Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Meeting and greeting visitors
Booking meetings
Answering and forwarding calls
Assisting all the task associated with business
Events coordination
Manage social media including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc
Printing and filing all the required documents
Diary management and management of meeting
Assist students in their career, study choice, and visa documentation
Keep up to date knowledge and skills in the Australian Education system and Visa processing
Social media marketing

(Other responsibilities may be added time to time as per business needs)

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:Not Required

Other Specification

Plus 2 pass or equivalent
Social Media, facebook, Instagram literacy
Experience in the field of education marketing or reception
Must have a good command of written and spoken English
Must have excellent communication and presentation skill
Must be computer proficiency in MS-office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and Internet is required
Priority will be given to the experienced candidates

Location: Kathmandu, Bagbazaar
Shift and Hours: Sunday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm
Reporting to: Office Manager and Head office as instructed

Offered financial and non-financial compensation for this job

Offered Salary:NRs. 10,000 - 15,000 Monthly
