Bachelors Degree in Hospitality Management
Minimum 2-year experience in Hotel Front Desk supervisory
Experience handling cash, accounting procedure, and general administrative task
Speak fluent English and Hindi
Basic Computer Skills, MS Excel, MS Word. Hotel Property Management Software (IDS) preferable
Excellent in time management skills and prioritization and workload
Strong commitment and dedication towards work

Reports to Operations Manager/General Manager
Directly supervises all front office personnel and ensures proper completion of all Front Office duties
Build SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) for all activities related to Front Office and Implement and Execute with results
Take overall charge for the Front Office
Verifies that accurate room status information is maintained and properly communicated
Monitor selling status of house daily. Flash report, allowance etc.
Prepare revenue and occupancy forecasting
Maintains working relationships and communicates with all departments
Ensure implementation of all hotel policies and house rules
Perform other duties as requested by management
