Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Reception & Sales position. As a Reception & Sales professional at Suiro Teas, your day-to-day tasks may include greeting and assisting visitors, answering phone calls, social media messages , providing excellent customer service, and effectively communicating with customers inperson as well in social media platforms.

Qualifications

• Phone Etiquette, Receptionist Duties, 
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Proficient in using phone systems and social media platforms for business sales.
• Excellent organizational skills
• Knowledge of tea and appreciation for Nepalese culture is a plus
• Fluency in English and Nepali languages
