• Receiving and sorting daily mail
• Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
• Deal with inquiries in a professional and courteous manner in telephone and face to face 
• Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
• Build positive relationships with new agent
• Provide clients with information about demands
• Arranged and managed the candidates at the time of interview
• Collaborate with internal teams and maintain open communication with the management
