Job Description

  • Lead the Project development and execution according to company's strategic plan maintaining Public relation.
  • Developing and implementing the company's Project business plans to achieve growth and profitability. This includes identifying new leads, client dealing,deal closing, project selling strategies and construction.
  • Responsible for making Project decisions that will ensure the company's financial stability and growth.
  • Oversee all sales and marketing efforts along with sales and marketing campaign working with the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to real estate.
  • Building and leading a Project team, delegating responsibilities, and providing guidance and support to ensure that the project operations run smoothly.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. This involves effective communication, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to adapt sales strategies and product offerings.
  • Overseeing the marketing and branding efforts to promote the project services and properties. This includes building a positive public image and reputation.
  • Handle project related legal issues.
  • Visit government offices related to realstate (Malpot,Ward,Naapi etc) depending on situation.
